Our European Trainee Program is a departure from the ordinary training experience. We immerse talented and driven people in our business and fast-track them for big roles in our company. We offer Trainee Programs in all six zones across our Kraft Heinz globe as it serves as a critical talent pipeline for the organization.

Your journey with us:

• During a 6-week functional bootcamp in the UK and the Netherlands you will get a hands-on induction in all the different functions to accrue the experiences you will need to be successful as a future leader.

• Training weeks in: People & Legal, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations and R&D.

• You will have a unique chance to visit our main offices and factories across Europe.

• After this second bootcamp you will work on a 10-week real business project in one functional area.

• After this first functional bootcamp you start in a 2-week Field Sales bootcamp in the UK and Italy, where you will learn everything about the importance of sales within Kraft Heinz.

• The project focuses on the development of key technical, business, and leadership skills by completing high-level assignments, giving you exposure to the European Leadership Team.

• After 4.5 months you will graduate and you will be placed into a position where you can add immediate value. Your location will be defined together before the start of the program. Your role will be determined during the first 4.5 months of the Program.

• Your career journey from that point forward is not governed by a set path and not limited to one function or tenure required in role. Promotions are given to those who deserve, based purely on meritocracy!

Basic Qualifications:

  • Recent graduates from all disciplines: Operations, Business, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, Tech, IT, HR, R&D, Sales, Supply Chain, Other..
  • Your qualification must be equivalent to Upper Second-Class Degree in the UK, or a Bachelor’s & Master’s degree for Mainland Europe
  • Max. working experience after graduation: 1 year
  • Excellent knowledge of English language
  • Impressive extra-curricular activities
  • Mobility and willingness to relocate in Europe
  • Valid working rights for Europe and the UK
